Shipping Info
-Products are shipped out 1-5 BUSINESS days after Purchase. You will be notified by email when the product ships.
-Small Products such as Prints and Stickers do not come with tracking #s. They are shipped out in envelopes with a stamp. Please allow up to 10 Business Days for arrival after shipped.
Once Products/Packages are in USPS's hands it is OUT OF MY CONTROL. If a package gets lost I will do my best to help and contact USPS for information on the package. I do not issue refunds for lost packages.
If you would like your package to be protected with insurance please message/email me before purchasing or purchase an 'artist tip' or two depending on overall cost of the order on my site as a way to cover the extra fees for insurance and make sure to leave a NOTE that you would like the package to be insured when purchasing and I will do so.
-I am NOT responsible if your address/shipping info was not correct. PLEASE make sure all your info is correct before submitting an order, as that is completely not in my control and your responsibility. If this happens and a package gets sent back to me I may ask for you to repay the shipping cost to send it out again.
